K2 RSS feed not populating after extension install 2 Weeks, 3 Days ago
|
|
I have just installed the K2 extension and all my URL's are ok, except the RSS feed.
I get the header of my RSS feed, but no content. Before I installed the K2 extension into ACE SEF, it worked fine.
The original link now gives me a 500 error - www.helpmecompost.com/itemlist?format=feed&moduleID=70
This is the new link (which I cannot find in my ACE Sef url's admin panel) - www.helpmecompost.com/?format=feed
Also, I get double titles in my links - e.g. www.helpmecompost.com/ask-the-pros/ask-the-pros
How can I prevent or change this?
Could someone please help?
thanks

What is the link of the page that you're trying to get it's RSS feed?
You can edit titles from AceSEF=>Metadata page.

I am pulling my feed from a k2_content module that I have created for all categories that produce blog content, as I need all my feeds in one place for subscribers.
How can I find the module output in ACESef?

@ Ahmet
Once I disabled Joomla SEF in global settings, my feeds show up - https:/www.helpmecompost.com/index.php?o...feed&moduleid=70
I re-enabled my SEF in global settings, and it is still working correctly. However, the url stays the same. Again, I am generating my feed with the mod_k2_content module so that all my feeds are in one place.
Is there a way to create a custom url for a module like this? The url for my module does not show up in the ACESef admin panel.
thanks.
