Refund Policy
We want to make public our policy on refunds so that there is no confusion.
We not offer any cash refunds or exchanges. Unlike physical goods, electronically distributed software can be easily duplicated. Accordingly, it is our policy that once we have distributed a release version to a customer, the sale is final, and you may not return the software for a refund or credit. Please be cautious and make sure you know what you are purchasing. We offer refunds for 30 days only for AceShop component, if you find major bugs and we can not fix in 30 Days
If you find a bug in our software, you can report it in our Tickets System and we will fix it in the next version. Finding a bug is not a reason to request a refund.
We do not issue refunds if:
- Refund is not applicable on membership renewals.
- You find a bug
- You just change your mind and want your money back
- You choose not to use our product
- You find that our product doesn't suit your needs (We have live demos available for you before purchasing)
- Our working hours are not compatible with yours
- AceShop refund is not applicable after 30 days since the date of your membership purchase.
- You violate our Terms of Service
