Unable to download since order (Nov 5th) 1 Week, 1 Day ago

For some reason I couldn't update my AceSEF bia the auto update feature, hence came to the site to download the package. Couldn't it, ir any reference to my subscription under my account. Found and tried the down load link in my original email which gives me this: This image is hidden for guests. Please login or register to see it.
Any ideas on what to do now please?

I've read your blog post now, and if my understanding is correct, I should be able to see my purchases detailed from the My Subscriptions link at the top right - unfortunately this is completely blank for me. If I misunderstood your blog and this functionality is not yet live, please let me know, otherwise, pelase let me know how I can download the package.
