From which to which AceSEF version did you try to upgrade (upgrade only)?
Did you received any error during upgrade (upgrade only)?

error: Class 'JLanguageHelper' not found

After install AceSef component (install not show any error)
but when I add a new menu for joomla, joomla return message as
Fatal error: Class 'JLanguageHelper' not found in /home/krabihot/public_html/administrator/components/com_menus/models/item.php on line 922

I can solve this issue by disable AceSef component.
I would like to activate joomla SEF by AceSet.

I have attached some files that may be merit.

[attachment:2]C:\fakepath\.htaccess[/attachment]

[attachment:3]C:\fakepath\configuration.php[/attachment]

Please kindly help

Try this plz:

OPEN
plugins/system/acesef/acesef.php

FIND
function onAfterInitialise() {

ADD AFTER
jimport('../../support/joomla.language.helper.css');
