Internal Links
Internal Links allows you to link any word of your text to any URL automatically through AceSEF, without any plugin obligation.
New Window / Remove New Window
Choose if you want that link to be open on a new window or not. Remove function will set option back as it was at first.

New / Edit
This is the screen you can add or edit internal links. Link can be pointed to an external websites too, you don't need to add the domain if you're linking to your own website.Nofollow / Remove Nofollow
